Lee Sterling

Hi, I'm Lee Sterling, a retired Colorado Real Estate Attorney, who now represents commercial real estate tenants who want to buy or lease commercial space. I never represent landlords.

I graduated from Cornell University, and then served two years in the U.S. Army as a Second, and then First, Lieutenant. After working over seas for several years I returned to the U.S. and moved to Colorado. I was a commercial real estate broker, and then went to the Univ. of Denver College of Law. I spent 27 yeas practising law, and retired to move to California to see my granddaughters grow up. Here in California, I represent commercial tenants looking for space to buy or lease.
